Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk; (1) mengembangkan pembelajaran sejarah dengan Paradigma Pedogogi Reflektif pada materi sejarah maritim di Sekolah Menengah Atas yang berhubungan dengan aspek competence, conscience, dan compassion dalam membangun potensi siswa menjadi pribadi yang utuh: (2) Menanamkan kesadaran dan kepedulian terhadap masyarakat melalui penanaman nilai-nilai sejarah maritim dan budayanya. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan model penulisan deskriptif analitis. Manfaat dari pendekatan ini diharapkan dalam proses pembelajaran sejarah maritim mampu; (1) mengarahkan peserta didik berefleksi menemukan nilai-nilai kehidupan sehingga bisa merencanakan tindakan yang berguna, bukan karena kepatuhan dan tradisi, namun pada kesadaran akan nilai kemanusiaan tanpa meninggalkan aspek kognitif: (2) Membangun diri sendiri agar bertanggung jawab terhadap masyarakat.

Abstract

The use of technology during a pandemic plays a role in supporting the Ministry of Education and Culture's instructions so that online learning can break the chain of the spread of Covid-19. Thus, this study aims to develop interactive e-books in literature research courses. The method used is in the form of a development motto with a 4D model. The developed e-book is then validated by an expert. The validation results of the display components obtained an average value of 4.50. The results of the sample paired t test with a confidence level of 93%, it can be concluded that students after using the E-Book showed significantly higher learning outcomes, which is an average of 80.60 when compared to before using the E-Book, the average result is only 71.90. Thus, the E-Book can be said to be effective or accepted in lectures as a support for online learning

Abstract

Schools must make programs where educational programs are able to foster students to face the times. For this reason, counseling teachers also have a role in managing educational programs, especially in the field of guidance and counseling. Guidance and counseling management are all efforts or methods used to optimally utilize all components or resources (manpower, funds, facilities/infrastructure) and information systems in the form of a set of guidance data to provide guidance and counseling services in order to achieve goals. The purpose of this study is to find out the role of BK teachers in managing the guidance and counseling program in schools. This research method uses a literature study. The results showed that the counseling guidance teacher had an important role in designing the management of the counseling guidance program. To design the program, it is necessary to have the competence and qualifications of BK teachers. The most urgent thing in making management is that BK teachers need to carry out assessments on students. If the assessment is correct, the counseling guidance program is also good.

Abstract

The success of education in schools is largely determined by the expertise and managerial abilities of the principal. No exception managing the ability of educators and education in schools will be directly proportional to the success of schools in carrying out their programs. In this context, guidance and counseling management (BK) is important to be developed to give birth to students with noble character or character. Character education is strongly influenced by a character environment as well. Therefore, the creation of a conducive environment with the application of appropriate guidance and counseling management will have a significant effect on improving the quality of students in absorbing moral values both inside and outside the school. Character education that must be developed in schools knows no time limit because it is a lifelong process. In addition to schools, the existence of families and communities is also important in the process of internalizing character formation.

Abstract

Management is an effort or action to achieve goals through individual collaboration with groups with the support of other sources or facilities. Then in guidance and counseling there is also management, namely Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling commonly called POAC. Which in POAC counseling affects the services to be carried out. If the POAC is carried out optimally, it will create an effective guidance and counseling service. Vice versa. If the POAC is not optimal, it will be difficult to create an effective service.

Abstract

BK management is all efforts or methods used by school principals to optimally utilize all components or resources (manpower, funds, facilities and infrastructure) and information systems in the form of a collection of guidance data to provide Guidance and Counseling services in order to achieve goals. In the management of Guidance and Counseling, BK teachers and school BK coordinators have made plans that must be implemented, evaluated, analyzed and followed up which contain BK services to improve student learning discipline. Student learning discipline will create a good atmosphere and student learning process in order to achieve the goals of Guidance and Counseling as well as educational goals. The better the management of Guidance and Counseling in schools, the goals can be achieved optimally. Therefore, there is a need for good cooperation between Guidance and Counseling teachers and all school personnel, especially with the principal in making BK management in schools, not only good cooperation but also skills in carrying out the responsibilities of each teacher.

Abstract

Quality management is determined by the ability of education managers such as principals, guidance and counseling coordinators, guidance and counseling teachers, student curriculum representatives, and homeroom teachers at local schools in planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring/assessing and following up on the implementation of guidance program services. and counseling in schools. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of guidance and counseling management through planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and following up. The type of research used is a field study that examines intensively the background of the current situation and social interactions, individuals, groups, institutions and communities through observation and interview techniques. The data that has been collected is then analyzed based on the findings in the field. The results of this study indicate that the planning of guidance and counseling services is carried out optimally, the implementation is carried out by determining the services and areas of guidance, the implementation of service management is carried out through the service format and direct supervision in written and oral form. the results of observations and interviews state that through the application of guidance and counseling management can improve the quality of student learning, this is indicated by positive attitudes and study habits. Abstract

Vocational High School is currently one of the school choices that are in great demand by the younger generation. The wide choice of skill programs offered by SMK is considered to be able to help the younger generation to master the skills that are needed as it is today so that it is hoped that SMK graduates can be directly absorbed by the industry. To assist students in determining the major to be followed, the school can conduct an assessment using the RIASEC test which was developed based on the theory of John Holland. This theory is considered comprehensive and relevant to assist students in choosing a major that suits their interests and aspirations.

Abstract

The preparation of the BK program is not an easy thing. The preparation of the BK program must be carried out in a systematic way that is planned, implemented, and evaluated. This BK program is the responsibility of a counselor to carry out his work professionally at a school level. For this reason, in this study, we will discuss how to prepare the BK program at the high school level. The research method used is to be able to answer existing problems by conducting a literature study or literature review by collecting data from scientific works, both books and other scientific works. While the results of the study indicate that the BK program is prepared by each supervising teacher which is an integral part of the entire school program. This program activity contains the elements contained in various provisions regarding the implementation of guidance and counseling and is oriented towards achieving the goals of guidance and counseling activities in schools, in Permendikbud No. 111 of 2014 concerning Guidance and Counseling in Basic Education and Secondary Education Article 8 paragraph 2 explains that the management mechanism as referred to in paragraph (1) letter a is the steps in the management of the Guidance and Counseling program in the education unit which includes steps: needs analysis, planning, implementing, evaluating, reporting, and following up on program development.

Abstract

Assessment is an important step in the management of Guidance and Counseling (BK). Without an assessment it is impossible for us to know and identify the success of the implementation of the planned guidance program. Assessment of the guidance program is an attempt to assess the extent to which the implementation of the program has achieved the stated goals. In other words, the success of the program in achieving goals is a condition to be seen through assessment activities. Assessment of guidance and counseling service activities in schools is all efforts, actions or processes to determine the degree of quality progress of activities related to the implementation of guidance and counseling programs in schools by refers to certain criteria or benchmarks in accordance with the program being implemented
